My main interest is recording Amiga longplays (games played from start to finish) while showing as much of the game as possible (or at least what I think is worth showing), and present it on UA-cam in superior quality.
Doing these longplays is hard work most of the time, as it doesn't just involve playing from A-B like most people do. I do extensive research before longplaying the games by reading all reviews and comments I can find, reading the manual, trying the different versions that sometimes exist, even checking the files, looking for comparisons between them to see what's different in one from the other. I usually explain in great detail about how the game works, the problems I encountered (bugs, bad programming...), the difference between the versions, etc. Stuff I can't show in the video I put in a separate "extras" video, showing fun cheat codes, different ways to die, alternate endings...

A nice little Polish Bomberman clone. Good music too. Taking the "?" can be a huge risk. They can do good things, but also bad things like reversing the controls, spam your bombs against your will, making you walk slower, think I had the screen turn upside down at one point too (wasn't recorded, happened during testing). And if you get one that makes you walk through walls, be careful to not be...

Crap game, but decent music IMO. This game loads soooooo slow for some reason, and there's music during the loading, so I left all the loading in. Use the timestamps to skip them. I found 3 different speeds of this game. One cracked version ran very slow (music too), another a bit faster. I use the .ipf version which ran the fastest. I didn't have NTSC toggled on, with it on it ran even faster ...

Quite an addictive little game. Simple and fun. You get 60 seconds to solve each level, which is OK, but it's weird they count UP to 60 instead of down to 0 from 60. It says it has 6 levels, which it kind of does, but after you've completed those and choose to restart the puzzle, you get 6 new ones with pictures in the background which makes it much harder. At the end of each 6 rounds, you are ...
Amiga Longplay [337] Deep

This game was on the "Wrong Way Back" CD32 CD, and was just an .exe file labeled "deep.exe" (with its "deep.abk", so yes, AMOS). I longplayed both exactly 1 year ago, but didn't upload them until now. Kinda didn't feel like longplaying this one as it's so small, no proper title, maybe not even finished, but thought 'fuck it', might as well. Couldn't find any info about it anywhere. Did think ab...

A free 'escape-room' type of game for the AMIGA CD32 about a woman trapped in a strange room trying to find her way home. How did she get there? How can she escape? And most importantly, why was she brought there? I was a bit disappointed when I noticed there was only two rooms to solve. All the other ones had the exit to the next room already opened. The end boss fight was too easy, kinda hard...

No wonder no one has recorded a playthrough of this game on any system it's available on, as it's frickin' HARD. Starts off pretty easy, but the last 2-3 levels were brutal. Don't think it was playtested properly. Only managed to beat it after like 150 savestates. You only have one life, if you die; it's game over. No continues, it's all the way back to the first level. 02:33 - Day 1 05:08 - Da...

Was worse than I thought. Very hard and bad controls. I kinda like the music though.

"The fastest arcade action game ever made for the AMIGA!" Pretty impressive as it runs perfect even on an Amiga 500 with 1MB RAM. Reviews I've read compare this game to Raiden, another "bullet hell" shoot 'em up. 02:35 - World 1 09:32 - World 2 16:01 - World 3 20:29 - World 4 24:28 - "World 5", the game loops back to World 1, so I ended it here. From MobyGames: "You are Vietnam war veteran Bret Conrad, who becomes an adventurer. Go everywhere on the world, find gold, walk in to the jungle... One day, you receive an old map about the lost city of Quetzacotl, and its cache of gold. You prepare your bag, gun, knife and let's go to the adventure!" This is one of the hardest Amiga games I've played. Sooooooo crazy difficult. I lost count of...

PLOT: "You take part of a twentieth century kid who has been snatched off to this magical world. The idea is that a witch needs a young boy as an ingredient in a rejuvenation potion - you are the unlikely target. Once you get there the witch has you taken off to the dungeons where you are to be held (upside down in manacles) until she is ready for the spell. The aim of the game is to (surprise)...

I longplayed this game over 12 years ago. At the time I could only find one version of the game, which had some graphics and sound problems. Distorted graphics happened mostly when the planes bombed, and the broken sound is one of the instrument of the tune of level 2. Today I found 4 versions, 3 of which have the same graphics error, but all 4 with the same broken tune on level 2. So, this tim...

American Laser Games are arcade games where you use a gun and shoot stuff on a big screen. These games happen to run on my favorite Commodore Amiga, the Amiga 500. American Laser Games are arcade games where you use a gun and shoot stuff on a big screen. These games happen to run on my favorite Commodore Amiga, the Amiga 500. It uses Amiga's genlock to display the video. I like this one more than my previous two ALG-games. They seem to have had a decent budget, the music was cool (they even made it sync to some light stuff here and there, like at 17:08 an...
That has Pierre Gilhodes written all over it.
Oh my god that music is AWFUL. The Spectrum version waaaaay better
I've always wonder what song you used for 0:51. It was such an awesome track.
Didn't know that Alucard worked as a blood collector for the international blood bank of Ohayo 😂
Lmao this is totally awesome!
14:59/21:43 :)
All in!
Scythe met a stone. You deserve each other.
I have been looking for this game forever. Anyone know where to get it? Was only a demo released or is there a full game?
Only a demo version was released, afaik.
@@iamironclawThanks for answer. Found the demo and level 3 was hard to beat but got through.
Hi, where can i get this Aga version?
Hi, unfortunately this video was an April Fool's joke (the link to the image in the description shows that). The real version of the game can be downloaded from several places if you are interested in that anyway. Here's one place: www.planetemu.net/?section=recherche&recherche=hollywood%20poker%20pro%20amiga&type=Tous%20les%20mots&rubrique=roms
Come on, Roger, let's go home. I'll bake you a carrot cake. 12:29

After comparing to the original Amiga version I can see lots of improvements. Great job! I have to add that I always loved the Amiga intro music over the arcade version, it's one of my favourite soundtracks on the sysyem!
"Your princess? she's my girlfriend" LOOOOOL it make me laugh as hell like always
7:43 A small but nice detail, you can see the predator (camouflaged) make his way past in the background during the shooting.
Oh, cool. I don't think I ever noticed that :)
Damn.. it would be so awesome to have mario bross for amiga.. 1:1 game.. even if it was required to put 10 floppys i would play..
What makes you believe this is an arkanoid clone? It's nothing like it, other than it being a ball and paddle game.
Were there any good games on Amiga? For a PC that was so huge in UK most of the games looks absolutely dreadful to play.
Thank you. I was close to the last round, and there were 40 people left, so I was wondering how I could win three rounds
Well I didn't expect much from someone who has a PORN chat window in World of Warcraft..
I loved the game as a child. Does anyone know how to get an image or the ADF-File of the disc?

The navigation is confusing watching this game
1:23 xD GMs... pathology and toxic kids. You hacker or wut.
Heh GMs toxic and broken kids. and it all made no sense
Well, you were an obnoxious little ass, so seems fitting.
What about the filming dates and the first release date for this game?
Fantastic , the good old days .really enjoyed this game together with my brother .thanks for sharing 👍👍😁 Ps the music stil is cool
If Pamela Saunders was the actress who played the Mayor's daughter, then who was the actor who played the Mayor himself?
I really wanted to like this game back in the day. I've tried playing it again recently, and I still have trouble with that first scene. Trying to get Guy to move rather than his gunsight or vice versa was a royal pain. I never made it to the scene in the snow house with the big lady, but that looked nearly impossible to get through. ReadySoft were known for doing conversions of Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, which were a bit of a nightmare on floppy disks. But hey, I was excited to play something at home. I remember ReadySoft coming out with this game as new, original game inspired by the laserdisc games. The game play is awful, but I love the music!
fuckin' amazing
Princess Daphne has to be the hottest cartoon character ever drawn :-)
What a game !
And it was greater in multiplayer !
Metroidvania n gun
I got this game on a magazine coverdisk and was doing quite well when the disk suddenly corrupted. I had to wait nearly two decades before I got on the internet and found an Amiga emulator and a copy of that same disk. Finally completed the game and just got that stupid "yay, you won" screen.

Good lord, Caesar sounds really derpy in this version compared to the Mega Drive and SNES!
I Always wonder why there almost no action RPG like that on this computer, a clone of Landstalker or Zelda is possible with this hardware, most rpg on the amiga where dungeon crawler or kind of point and click strategic game.
Interesting
Television 📺☺️

I really wish the SNES version was a good as this one.
They def used dual playfield mode for this - 8 colors for the background and 8 for the bitmaps. Then the sprites ontop too I guess
Hey everyone. Breathe air. To life. God created everything. His son, Jesus, pardoned all of all wrongs.
Bro what, I literally have the exact same name, it's on console tho, but the chances I found sum1 with it lol, I been running this name on everything for years😭😂
I started using this name in 1996 in Diablo 1. Needed a name for my first hero I created. Been using it ever since :). Then later a furry board game called Ironclaw came along, then some other thingy, then a mouse.
Yes, no doubt…💜🔥💋
You seem like a narcissist, go see a therapist dude. This isnt a healthy attitude to have
Nice music at 6:08
I played this game, but on a SEGA Master System. I didn't know there was an amiga version too!
